On behalf of FOCUS-MONEY and DEUTSCHLAND TEST, the IMWF (Institute for Management and Economic Research) from Hamburg has conducted a large-scale company study "Digital into the new decade". Around 5,000 of the largest companies in Germany in terms of number of employees were examined. The focus was on the question which company is best equipped for the future. In the category of financial service providers, Fondsdepot Bank was named Digital Champion. Germany's leading fund platform clearly differentiates itself in the market through a user-friendly transformation of regulatory requirements using its comprehensive regulatory and technological know-how.
In order to qualify for the title of "Digital Champion", structures and processes around IT play a particularly important role. Fondsdepot Bank is on a very good path in this respect. The company has already been investing heavily for some time in expanding digital processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. New IT services are also to be developed, such as a new advisory and brokerage channel that will provide optimal support exclusively to insurance companies in advising and brokering investment units.
Fondsdepot Bank regularly offers training courses to increase the digital competence of employees and is also looking in its human resources planning at how to further expand its expertise in IT, innovation and AI. "We want to use new technologies to make investment sales easier for our sales partners and customers. With our innovative strength, we translate, among other things, complicated regulatory requirements into simple customer-oriented processes. In addition to technology, a mindset is required that thinks digital business models, organizations, products and processes comprehensively - this is how we at Fondsdepot Bank understand digitization," explains Sebastian Henrichs, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fondsdepot Bank.
Henrichs is delighted about the award as Digital Champion: "The fact that we did so well in this study confirms the measures and developments we have initiated - especially in the IT environment. We will continue to actively shape change and be a reliable partner for our sales partners and customers in the future".
