From now on, sales topics and concerns will receive the highest attention from the top management at Fondsdepot Bank - Germany's largest independent fund platform. The two sales managers Valentin Roth and Sebastian Höft now report directly to CEO Sebastian Henrichs. As Head of Account Management at Fondsdepot Bank, Roth is responsible for the support and further development of business with the major insurance partners. As an authorised signatory and Head of Business Partner Management, Höft is responsible for sales and development in the field of banks, asset managers, family offices and IFAs/pool platforms.
Henrichs has always had an ear for sales, as Beate Richartz, as Chief Customer Officer, reports directly to the CEO at management level. This position will not be filled after Richartz leaves the company. "We want to continue to focus on the strategic importance of sales and ensure its consistent further development. We must identify new market opportunities and customer needs at an early stage. Only if we succeed in doing so will we be able to ensure a high level of competitive differentiation and thus long-term corporate success. This will succeed best if the CEO makes sales a top priority," says Henrichs, explaining the change.
Roth and Höft and their departments will continue to provide intensive support to the respective customer groups while Henrichs will ensure that the corporate strategy is translated into a sales strategy as effectively and efficiently as possible.
"In addition to continuity, customers today expect insights into the future plans and developments of their partners in the fund and investment business. Which innovations will be integrated into the processes and services of Fondsdepot Bank and when will they be implemented? This is where we want to ensure the greatest possible orientation for our customers," adds Henrichs, who, in addition to the strategic orientation of sales, will continue to focus on acquiring new customers and entering into new strategic partnerships.
