Germany's largest liability umbrella
Fondsdepot Bank has the option of providing a liability umbrella to financial undertakings domiciled in Germany that do not conduct banking business within the meaning of KWG § 1 paragraph 1 sentence 2.
Contractually bound intermediaries under a liability umbrella
- do not require a separate BaFin licence for activities as investment intermediaries or advisors, even if relevant activities requiring a licence pursuant to the KWG or GewO are performed, and
- do not have to submit audit reports in accordance with § 24 FinVermV.
